Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
  • Asia: 5–12 business days
  • Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination and selected shipping method.

We may also offer Free Shipping on selected products or orders that meet the required minimum purchase amount.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become available after shipment.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

Order Changes & Cancellation
